Introducing Lesley: Director of Organic Growth at Dash Social and Creator of the Helpful Content Grader Tool

Hey everyone! I’m Lesley, Director of Organic Growth at Dash Social (a social media management software), where I lead SEO/AEO. I’m based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. 👋 What I’m building: I’ve been building workflows across content optimization, AEO research, citation strategy, Reddit insights, internal linking, content refreshes and reporting. One I’m especially excited about is my Helpful Content Grader, which audits any URL against Google’s 32 Helpful Content questions, grades each one using evidence from the page, and produces an overall score alongside the five most impactful fixes. What brought me here: SEO and AEO are changing so quickly that I’m constantly experimenting with new ways to turn research and data into workflows we can actually use. I’m excited to see what everyone else is building, swap agent ideas and learn from people figuring out this space in real time. Fun fact: I used to specialize in local SEO and once managed the Google Business Profile for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood.
