I've got a few that I'll share Zane Coffin some of my clients are in there daily .. for a couple of hours There would be big enterprise that have someone dedicated to it Others not so much I look at sheets, documents, agents to get an idea on how active they are

Has anyone created a fundamentals guide or a “where to look” guide for new Profound users?

A couple of requests that have appeared on client calls over the few weeks

A fundamentals guide -- some are overwhelmed and want to know what they should focus on
Where to look -- a simple what to look at and why [designed for a new team member or someone new to Profound]

I've created these for our clients...just curious if anyone has something similar so we can compare / improve

No better way to workshop some agent ideas … than with the engineers that build them Had a great session w/ Himanee @ Profound HQ today, sharing ideas, client requests, suggestions etc We brainstormed the ideal agent — one that doesn't just show whether a brand appears in an AI answer, but whether it's actually recommended as the first-choice [plus a few other snippets] If you've built this, or even half built it .. would love to see it

Best Practices for Creating and Publishing Reddit Content Without Getting Flagged or Removed

I'm building out a pretty complex Reddit agent with the following goals/objectives

Create and streamline the entire strategy for a brand in Profound
Creating a content calendar fit for publishing [with a QA step inbetween]

Reddit is a difficult terrain to negotiate, so I'm wondering if anyone has done this already and succeeded in creating Reddit content that they then posted/published that wasn't removed or flagged That last part is the most critical 🙂

I think it all depends on the agent Hanna Huffman If you instruct it to only pull data from the stored docs/sheets, it will do that If you have a node in there that asks it to pull from the context manager, the output will be influenced by that Some of my agents intentionally have knowledge base / context manager steps; others don't
