🔨 What I’m building: Working with my very talented colleagues in Research & Insights, who are creating AI visibility audits, my team will be collaborating with clients to create precision advocacy playbooks that will be a set of strategic customer activations to address specific narrative gaps and/or misalignments.
♥️ What brought me here: This is an emerging, game-changing practice. I want to be on the front lines of a massive shift in marketing generally, but more specifically I’m interested in how to best architect and direct customer voice as part of a larger influence orchestration strategy.
