Building Precision Advocacy Playbooks with AI Visibility Audits to Transform Customer Engagement

Hi! I’m Deena, VP, Customer Engagement at Spotlight. I’m based on Vancouver Island off the West Coast of Canada. 🔨 What I’m building: Working with my very talented colleagues in Research & Insights, who are creating AI visibility audits, my team will be collaborating with clients to create precision advocacy playbooks that will be a set of strategic customer activations to address specific narrative gaps and/or misalignments. ♥️ What brought me here: This is an emerging, game-changing practice. I want to be on the front lines of a massive shift in marketing generally, but more specifically I’m interested in how to best architect and direct customer voice as part of a larger influence orchestration strategy.
