Has anyone worked through Profound’s project suggestions and seen a meaningful payoff from them? They look pretty good, but I’m trying to get a better sense of the effort-to-impact ratio. There are a lot of interesting opportunities, and with only so much time in the day, I want to prioritize the ones that can genuinely move the needle rather than spend hours on smaller-impact activities. Curious if anyone has found certain project types to be especially worthwhile, or ones that looked promising but didn’t deliver much value.
Lesley I definitely understand what you're talking about when it comes to prioritization and impact. I've been choosing the project types I pursue based on the different data points I'm able to gather. For example, I learned a couple months ago from one of my top inbound AEs that we've been losing deals to a competitor despite getting leads to the very bottom of the funnel. I was able to verify this by chatting with my inbound SDR team as well as other outbound AEs. What's interesting is we'd lose the prospective customer to the competitor but the prospective customer would come back in 2 months and sign with us. I used the information I gathered from my conversations with my sales team to filter through Profound's suggested projects. From there, I selected the project that best aligned with the objections the sales team dealt with and started working on that project. I also use FactCheck in Profound to help inform me as to which projects would help combat false claims. This is urgent to me because I can control the onsite info we have which will then lead to a trickle down effect in AEO eventually leading to more closed won.
Josh Jamias That's such an insightful and thoughtful way to prioritize the project suggestions! Definitely food for thought. Thank you for that!
