Hey there! I'm curious how you all think about sentiment tracking in Profound. Do you have targets? Does it feel controllable? If so, how did you land on a target, knowing LLMs are trained to be balanced/pros-cons? Thanks in advance.

For sentiment data, I've found it to be most impactful when I compare it against these other data points:
recent reviews - both negative and positive
recent objections from your inbound sales team (last 2 weeks)
Projects suggested by Profound. Where are my content gaps?
