Introducing Tamara: Customer Engagement Manager Building Bridges Between Insights and Advocacy

Howdy Folks! My name is Tamara 🤩. I am a Customer Engagement Program Manager at Spotlight. I’m based out of Vancouver Canada. 🔨 What I’m building: a walkable bridge between intelligent insights (with the help of our R&I team here at Spotlight and Profound) and customer advocacy! It's a brave new world out there and I'm exited to be here with you all. 🎯 What brought me here: for the same reason many of us are here. We are curious innovators, who want to know the latest and greatest. The landscape is changing rapidly, and this community (I hope), will help us and our teams stay ahead of those changes. (Oh, and I do love a good bit of analysis, so if anyone likes chatting numbers and results, I'm your gal.) 📣 Fun fact: I'm writing a fantasy horror novel in my spare time. Draft 2 is almost done 🎯 (sitting at 120K words so far)!
