Introducing Natasha from Tightknit: Passionate About Community and Customer Success

Hi everyone! I'm Natasha 🙂 I'm remote but currently based in Toronto, and I work on the Customer Success side at Tightknit. What I'm building: I'm helping support this community from the Tightknit side, where I can with Eleanor Hooker and I'm so excited to see it developing! What brought me here: I love community!!! 🎉 Fun fact: I'm in customer success now, but I have a double degree in computer science and business administration with a marketing specialization. The idea of a "marketing engineer" is basically one of the coolest jobs I've ever heard of, so watching this space take shape in real time is a lot of fun!! I want to hear how people across different companies and roles are figuring it out ❤️
