Hey everyone! I'm Matt, the SEO/AEO Manager for WorkWave and our brands. We're a B2B SaaS business for field service businesses.
What I'm building: I'm leveraging Claude to create automated AI visibility reports for my department that are tailored to specific teams. I've also built automations that tap into our sales transcripts, find the most common questions, and update our site with relevant FAQs.
What brought me here: I've been a big advocate for Profound and even though we've only been using it for a few months now, it has become my daily driver and decision maker for the projects I'm working on. Because of Profound and the marketing engineering course, I've also gained an interest in experimenting outside of work with building apps and automations for my daily life and for my family. Marketing engineering is a skill set I'm still working on and I'm glad to be part of this community so that I can learn more.
