Hey everyone! I'm Dom, SVP of Marketing and Communications @ Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation (DRMC), an employee-owned retail mortgage lender with 30+ offices across 20+ states. What I'm building: An agentic marketing system inside a company that runs on handshakes. DRMC is a multi-location business with a central brand and a lot of loan officers who each have their own voice and their own book of relationships, and the whole business model depends on winning on a hyper-local level. So the goal is building agents to help win local and LO-level visibility, create content that sounds like the person sending it, and reporting that ties any of it back to production. I'm also building an operating system for how my department actually works, so a small marketing team can support 30+ branches without becoming a ticket queue. Agents that handle intake, drafting, and reporting, so my team spends their time on the parts that need judgment. What brought me here: Marketing at our company gets asked to do a lot, without the headcount to match. That gap is what sent me looking. The more I learned, the clearer it was that Profound is doing this better than anyone, and that the people figuring it out are the ones I want to learn from. Plus, I love online communities (met my wife through one) so I am stoked to be a part of this one. Fun facts: I live in Petaluma, CA in Sonoma County, after growing up in the Midwest. I also run a food instagram called DomTheHomeCook, so when I'm not thinking about LLMs, I'm usually cooking something that came out of the ground within about 30 miles of my house for my family and friends.
