Hi everyone! 👋 I'm Heather Hughes, SVP of AI & Innovation at Golin Ketchum, and I'm excited to be building alongside you all this week.
At GK I lead our AI portfolio, which spans Generative Engine Optimization, agent building, synthetic audiences, and AI product strategy. A big part of my day-to-day is helping brands understand how they show up in AI answers and what to do about it. Looking forward to Saturday!
